From 13 to 15 October, a gathering of leaders from diocesan, regional, and parish Caritas organisations took place in Lviv as part of the “Caritas: From Identity to Action” project. Olena Kopina, a Dialogue in Action facilitator, participated in the event, leading a training session titled “Building Resilience in Challenging Times”.
The training focused on personal and team resilience under prolonged stress. This topic is particularly relevant for humanitarian leaders, as working with people in need of support requires not only professional skills but also the ability to look after their own well-being and support their teams.
Olena also facilitated a session where participants discussed shared challenges, exchanged experiences, and explored approaches to their future work.
The event brought together organisational leaders to share experiences, learn from one another, and discuss the future development of the Caritas network. Participants explored issues related to organisational identity, management skills, team training needs, and the planning of future learning and development activities.
