On March 20, Dmytro Fedorchak, Educational Programs Manager at “Dialogue in Action,” facilitated a supervision session for the “Way” Volunteer Center team in Rivne. The request for supervision came from Valerii and Nataliia Pedchenko – graduates of the “Psychological Support as a Basis of Spiritual Service” program and the Center's coordinators.

During the session, participants focused on key aspects of organizational development. In particular, they discussed strengthening the Center's structure, refining its mission, and developing approaches for more effective collaboration with partners.

Special attention was paid to optimizing internal processes. The team sought solutions to make operations more sustainable for volunteers, reduce the risk of burnout, and enhance the Center’s overall impact. They also worked on a beneficiary journey map to identify stages where volunteer workload could be streamlined to avoid overextension.

We thank the “Way” Volunteer Center team for their invitation and openness! Such meetings are vital for supporting volunteer initiatives, as they foster sustainable growth and improve the quality of service provided to communities.
