In his presentation, Denys Brylov analyzed Ukraine's evolving religious situation following Russia's full-scale invasion. At the center of his research was the transformation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate’s status – from an influential player in the religious sphere to a “repressed” church. Brylyov showed the dynamics of this transformation and considered possible scenarios for further developments and outcomes for the Ukrainian religious field as a whole.
